This water level animation was created from the latest CBOFS forecast guidance for Chesapeake Bay. The forecast guidance is for the near-future water surface elevations in the Bay as simulated by the model when forced by coastal water levels and winds that are predicted by National Weather Service models and CO-OPS tidal predictions.
